Namiki Farm
The main reason we went to Shichinohe, was to get gelato at Namiki Farm. We headed there after leaving the rose park.
I had to snap a picture of this amazing old barn before we left. We had a great time. Can't wait to go back for some more gelato.
After eating our treat, we were ready to play. The farm has a kids play area with tractors to climb on and other neat things like this cow milking simulator:

The kids really enjoyed climbing on the tractors, especially the boys. Alivia spent most of her time taking turns with some Japanese girls pushing and riding a big double swing. Language doesn't stop her from making friends wherever she goes.

The farm also has a little pony petting area. The kids loved petting them and feeding them weeds. Caleb was a little reluctant at first, but he got really excited about feeding them.
