Fun at the Beach

We found a new beach spot that we love. We were originally going to go to the beach area south of Kotohira Shrine (called Shrine Beach on the Misawa ITT page). We walked north instead and found a calm, clean little beach spot that we love. In the future we can easily drive all the way to this spot.

This is by far the cleanest beach I've seen in Misawa. I guess the barrier prevents so much trash from drifting on shore. The waves were much calmer too. 

Simeon loved climbing around on the area looking in the tide pools.

I loved all this moss. So cool.

They dug out a large hole and said it was their castle. Then they built a wall to protect it from the waves.

Beach days are always fun.
